To develop a Fintech solution that allows user to charge, share and pay through a mobile solution. After having created a prototype, our client was faced with the challenge of reviewing its business model because the market was changing its needs and the competition was consolidating.
Profits
During the Management Discovery, the focus was on the solution’s strengths, transforming its business model. The client’s target was changed, creating the first white label virtual wallet. Through UX Design, we implemented fundamental changes that allowed us to identify new features. Simultaneously, we worked on a Technical Discovery that allowed us to move forward with a Configuration & Release strategy that was much more appropriate for the product’s needs. At present, through Agile Delivery, the platform continues growing and evolving.
